How we measure who AI recommends
These rankings aren't opinions, votes, or paid placements. They are a record of what AI actually answered when we asked — the same way a patient would — who to see.
Measured, never sold.
Money cannot buy a place on this list. No chiropractor paid to appear here, no chiropractor can pay to appear here, and advertising anywhere on this site will never change a measured ranking. If that ever stops being true, this site has no reason to exist.
The five steps, in plain language

We ask the questions real patients ask.
In each metro we asked ChatGPT and other leading AI assistants for a chiropractor 4 different ways — everyday phrasings like "Who is the best chiropractor near me?", "Who's the best chiropractor near me for back pain?", and "Which chiropractor should I go to?". No trick prompts, no leading questions. 26 metros × 4 questions = 208 checks for this edition.

We record every practice it names.
Each answer gets logged exactly as given. We then match every recommendation against the 3,151 Florida & Texas practices in our dataset. When AI names a business with multiple locations, we credit it once — one winner per named business, so no practice is double-counted.

Frequency sets the rank.
A practice recommended in 4 of 8 checks ranks above one recommended in 2. One mention is never treated as a rank on its own — asking the same question several ways is what makes the result dependable. Ties are shown as ties.

We publish the top of the list — and only the top.
Each metro page shows the practices AI actually recommended, most-recommended first. We never publish a bottom list and never name who didn't make it. A practice that isn't listed simply didn't come up in this edition's answers.

We re-run it quarterly.
The same benchmark, the same way, every quarter. Practices that improve their AI visibility can appear in the next edition — and the run date is printed on every page. This edition: July 2026.

What this is — and what it isn't
Being on this list means AI recommended that practice when we asked, in this edition, in that metro. It is a measurement of AI visibility — not a judgment of the quality of anyone's work, and not a claim that unlisted chiropractors are worse at what they do. AI answers also change over time, which is exactly why we re-measure quarterly and date every edition.

No. This list is measured, never sold. A practice appears here only if AI actually recommended it when we asked. Money cannot buy a place on this list.
What does it mean if a practice is NOT on this list?
It means that when we asked ChatGPT and other leading AI assistants for a chiropractor in Florida & Texas, that practice never came up. That says nothing about the quality of their work — only that patients who ask AI for a recommendation are being sent somewhere else. Most practices haven't shown up in AI answers yet, so the list is short.
How often is this updated?
We re-run the same benchmark quarterly with the same methodology, so practices that improve their AI visibility can appear in the next update. This edition was measured in July 2026.
